IT Technician

We are looking for an IT professional with experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, and network administration to help ensure the organization’s technology operates efficiently and reliably.

• Salary: up to $30,000 MXN per month
• Food vouchers: $2,000 MXN monthly
• Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• P° de la Reforma, Juárez, Mexico City
• Advanced English REQUIRED

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT technical support and technology infrastructure management.
• Experience with the operation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, hardware, and software.
• Proficiency in network administration, connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Experience with data backups and information recovery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING WILL BE A PLUS:

• IT support for multiple locations.
• CCTV and video wall systems.
• DNS and hosting administration.
• Network monitoring tools.
