Duties

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, operating systems, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Maintain and configure computer hardware components including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage computer networking tasks such as LAN setup, firewall configuration, VPN access, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with team members to perform routine maintenance, software updates, and hardware upgrades to minimize downtime.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Experience with computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for providing clear technical support and customer service to users at all levels.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues related to Microsoft Office suite and other common enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with help desk procedures and desktop support best practices.
• Knowledge of security protocols including firewall management and VPN configuration for secure remote access.

Pay: $42,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
