What they need
About the role
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity concerns. Troubleshoot computers, printers, network and other IT equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, network and other IT equipment
- Install, configure and maintain computers, software and peripherals
- Assist with network, internet, WI-FI and basic system administration
- Maintain IT equipment inventory records
- Perform system maintenance, updates and backups
- Assist in IT project, upgrades and other technical requirements
- Perform other IT related duties assigned by Management
About you
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related course
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and Windows systems
- Knowledge in LAN, WI-FI, router and network troubleshooting
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- IT support or technical troubleshooting experience is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
