We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Technician to join our technology support team. Responsibilities

• Gaming background is preferred
• Training is provided
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
• Manage help desk systems to track, prioritize, and resolve user requests efficiently.
• Support computer networking tasks including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and TCP troubleshooting.
• Assist with desktop support activities such as installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and operating systems like Windows and Linux.
• Manage Active Directory accounts, including user account creation, permissions management, and GPO (Group Policy Object) configurations to enforce security policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems related to printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals to minimize downtime.
• Conduct analysis of system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly.Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with computer management tools.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux; experience supporting Windows support is essential.
• Expertise in computer networking concepts such as LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware components including computer hardware peripherals and mobile devices effectively.
• Experience managing Active Directory environments and implementing GPO policies for security compliance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical problems quickly and accurately.
• Relevant certifications or training in IT support or networking are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
