Field Services Engineer (Workplace Services) – EUC Level 2

We are hiring experienced Field Services / EUC Level 2 Engineers to provide onsite technical support in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite EUC and desktop support
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• Perform break/fix and IMAC activities
• Deploy, image, configure, and refresh endpoint devices
• Manage IT tickets and incidents
• Maintain asset and inventory records
• Provide walk-up and VIP support
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, and vendors
• Escalate complex issues when required

Requirements

• 2+ years of EUC/Desktop/Field Services experience
• Strong Windows and hardware troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 experience
• Good networking/connectivity knowledge
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently onsite
• ServiceNow experience is a plus
• Healthcare/Hospital/HIPAA experience is highly preferred
• Must pass a background check
• US Citizen or Active Green Card required
• Local candidates preferred; relocation candidates are discouraged

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Potential future 2nd-shift flexibility.
