IT Technician

About the RoleWe're looking for an IT Technician to be the first point of contact for technology support across our organization. You'll support more than 300 employees at multiple sites, fix hardware and software problems, set up devices, and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365. This is a hands-on, on-site role with regular travel between locations. It's a great fit for someone early in their IT career who wants broad experience and room to grow.What You'll DoEnd-User Support

• Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests quickly and professionally
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for employees at all sites
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff with clear documentation
• Track all work in the ticketing system and keep tickets updated through resolution
• Write and maintain simple how-to guides and knowledge base articles for common issues

Hardware & Devices

• Image, configure, deploy, and retire Windows 10/11 laptops and desktops
• Set up and support company mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, docking stations, and monitors
• Perform basic hardware repairs and coordinate warranty service with vendors

Accounts & Cloud Applications

• Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications

Multi-Site & On-Call

• Travel regularly between company locations to provide on-site support
• Take part in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours/weekend support
• Follow security best practices and company IT policies

What We're Looking For Required

• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and troubleshooting common PC problems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people
• Good organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage several requests at once
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between sites
• Ability to take part in a rotating on-call schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and set up equipment under desks and in server/network cabinets.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
