IT Technician

• This role provides comprehensive IT infrastructure, hardware, and software support for internal clients and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for clients.
• Perform level 2 support for Network, Windows, Applications, hardware peripheries, CCTV, Door Access support.
• Investigate problems, including identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation.
• Production IT support.

Qualifications Required

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT technical support, helpdesk operations, or infrastructure maintenance within a corporate or manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, Windows administration, and enterprise security systems (CCTV, biometric/door access control).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware peripherals, software applications, and network connectivity issues.
• Experience managing IT ticketing workflows and performing preventive maintenance on office and plant technology.
