I.T. Technician

Descriptions

Responsibilities :

• Set up and maintain I.T. equipment
• Provide daily I.T. operational and system support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support the implementation of digital education initiatives and assist teachers in using digital tools for teaching and learning

Requirements :

• Higher diploma / associate degree or above
• Proficiency in networking, server, router, switch and firewall configuration
• Familiar with AI tools and their applications in education
• Knowledge of Photoshop, PC hardware, Windows operating system and applications will be an advantage
