IT Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test equipment, systems, or software at client sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service checks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware, software, or mechanical).
• Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests.
• Document service activities, repairs, and part usage.
• Educate customers on proper use and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain tools, service vehicles, and inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer support, logistics).
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information System / Electronics and Electrical. Candidates with SKM or equivalent technical qualifications are also welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in field services, technical support, or maintenance will have an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Possess a valid driving license.
