What they need
Roles & Responsibilities – IT Associate
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office systems, including PCs and printers, as and when issues arise.
Visit outlets to resolve billing system issues and internet connectivity problems.
Provide remote access support to outlets for troubleshooting and fixing software-related issues.
Manage ERP software operations, including ledger creation and new item entry in the outlet main menu.
Handle internal transfers, requisitions, purchase orders, material inward entries, and perform entry modifications or cancellations with proper documentation.
Manage Tally data, including backups, data transfers, and repairs in case of data corruption.
Provide off-hours technical support to both office and outlets during system or software issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
