Colas Rail Egypt is seeking an IT Technician to join the CML1 Project team in Bab El Louq, Cairo . This role offers the opportunity to work within an international railway environment, providing hands-on IT support and ensuring employees have the technology and tools needed to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hardware upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity issues.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Track and manage IT asset requests.
• Provide timely and professional IT support to project users.
• Ensure IT-related requests are followed up and resolved efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or a similar IT Technician role.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
