R****esponsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users and resolve hardware and software related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Support the company’s IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
• Participate in local and international IT projects.
• Train and assist users with IT-related questions and issues.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, and equipment inventory.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of Help Desk, End User Support, and Client Support.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and system administration.
• Basic level of English.
• Responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
