IT Technician Level 2

Performance Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service.2. Set up and configure new equipment, including computers with varied form factors and operating systems; tablets, printers,monitors, projectors, and other presentation devices.3. Repair district information technology equipment on a timely basis.4.

Working through complex technical challenges.5. Install and troubleshoot client software and operating systems, including building client images.6. Assist with supporting network devices as needed.7. Use Active Directory for user modifications.8.

Routine maintenance of projectors and printers.9. Meet with the Technology Supervisor on a regular basis to coordinate district needs.10. Evaluate, prioritize, and escalate support tickets.11. Work with outside vendors to coordinate repairs.12.

Participate in cross-training / three deep knowledge sharing.13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Technology Supervisor.
