About You

• Have a genuine passion for technology and enjoy working with computers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Writes and speak with ease
• Possess prior Level 1/2 Helpdesk experience
• Retain full unrestricted working rights

Your Duties

• Help staff with day-to-day IT issues at their desk or on site
• Fix basic computer, hardware, software, and connection problems
• Set up, move, and change IT equipment such as computers and monitors
• Support users with their IT needs and answer questions in a friendly way
• Scan and update records for IT equipment and assets
• Make sure IT systems at desks are working properly
