IT Technologist

Bring your technical support skills to a hands-on project supporting the deployment of Windows 11 25H2. This role offers the opportunity to help users, prepare devices, and keep end-user technology running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, image, configure, and maintain desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
• Support employees with scheduling, device setup, and technology readiness during the deployment project.
• Back up user data and help ensure information is properly preserved before device changes.
• Assist with network connectivity setup, testing, and troubleshooting for local systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized IT workspace.
• Support additional tasks as assigned to help the team meet project goals.

Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and comply with applicable regulations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues in a structured environment.
• Ability to create and follow process steps and guidelines.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Skills

• A+ Certification.
• Experience imaging and supporting a large computer fleet.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory in a device management environment.
• Consistent communication and a collaborative, service-focused mindset.
