About the role
PT AICORE Network Solution Indonesia (AINS) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Tenant Migration Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in Microsoft technologies and gain hands-on experience in real-world IT migration projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects
- Assist with the migration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
- Perform pre-migration assessments, configuration checks, data preparation, and post-migration verification
- Troubleshoot migration issues and assist in resolving technical problems
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure migration activities are completed according to project requirements
- Prepare technical documentation, migration reports, and progress updates
- Ensure data integrity, security, and minimal disruption throughout the migration process
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud services, networking, or IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user accounts, permissions, and tenant administration is a plus
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Relevant Microsoft 365 or IT Support experience encouraged
