IT TENDER EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking an energetic IT Tender Executive (Specialist) to take ownership of the full cycle of our tendering and bidding processes. In this autonomous role, you will be the core driver behind our government project acquisitions, leveraging your IT background and vendor network to build flawless, winning proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and compile tender and bid submission documents, including pre-qualification and technical submissions.
• Monitor and manage the tender submission calendar to ensure all deadlines are met, including document checking, printing, binding, and delivery.
• Organize inputs from relevant departments to ensure accurate, timely, and complete bid submissions with minimal to zero errors.
• Review daily tender postings (especially via ePerolehan) and record key information such as due dates, submission instructions, and project timelines.
• Maintain and ensure the company's ePerolehan profile is always up to date.
• Ensure tender submissions follow standardized formats (font, layout, branding) and meet all client-specific requirements.
• Maintain, regularly update, and liaise with the Company Secretary to renew company information and certificates, including the Ministry of Finance (MOF) Certificate and Kod Bidang, Sijil Digital, CIDB Certificate, and SSM Registration.
• Register and maintain relevant company profiles with government authorities (e.g., MOF, CIDB, KKM).
• Connect and liaise closely with various IT vendors, particularly in domains encompassing infrastructure, networks, servers, and AI.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in tender preparation, particularly for government projects.
• Strong background in IT and thorough knowledge of MOF, ePerolehan, CIDB, and government procurement procedures.
• Detail-oriented, energetic, highly organized, and deeply passionate about pursuing tenders.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work alone effectively.
• Highly resistant to pressure with the ability to handle multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Willing to stay back at the office to meet strict submission deadlines.
