IT Trackside Support Engineer

Chance to work for a world renowned F1 team supporting day to day operations, Testops and Trackside IT.

Supporting and delivering technical solutions throughout all stages of the ITIL service lifecycle, you will exceed customer expectations and provide SME guidance to trackside team members & management.

As well as owning incidents, escalations and request tasks you will identify enhancements to IT trackside services, improving quality, reliability, availability and enhanced security performance.

Experience required

• Windows 10 / 11 Operating systems/ mobile operating systems (IOS and Android)
• Microsoft Azure stack / M365
• Multi-Vendor hardware build, deploy and break fix
• Active Directory/ Group Policy management
• Change Management
• Jira ITSM or equivalent ITSM working Knowledge
• Qualification, in, or senior working experience of networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, VLAN
• Knowledge of cloud and physical storagesystems, performance, availability monitoring and restoration
• 2-3 years experience in a similar senior IT support role or equivalent.
