IT Trainer

-Role & responsibilities

• Delivering quality hands-on, project-based training sessions in IT domain (Programming, Networking, Database,

AI-ML, Data Science)

• Enthusiastic in Research & Development in IT and allied subjects

• Helping in student counseling and converting the enquiries to registration

• Handling pre & post training queries, inquiries, and complaints

• Mentoring students and inspire them to become tech-savvy

• Molding the students towards workmanship

• Maintain a good rapport with students at all time

• Take proactive steps to mitigate the problems based on the feedbacks or gut-feelings.

• Helping the mobilization team in technical presentations and query handling

• Present about organization and its courses and other related activities to the clients

• Helping in managing social media activities of the organization

• Scheduling and coordinating the academic deliverables

• Maintaining good relationship with students and generate references for upcoming classes

• Helping in placement activities of the students

• Developing & maintaining the deliverables for the course subjects. (Content Development)

• Helping the administration and documentation for quality control and assurance.

• Conducting internal training for junior trainers and upskill the organizational staff

• Timely reporting about the activities through the right format or applications

• Any other task given by the reporting manager from time to time

Preferred candidate profile

-Passion for teaching and student mentoring & development

• Must have worked with Application Development, SQL and NoSQL Database Management

• Must have experience in Project based training with case study handling

• Experience in working in industry will be an added advantage.

• Good Analytical & Problem-Solving Skill

• Ability to analyze market trends and create new training methodology

• Good class room management skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills

• Good hands on with MS-Office, App development with Python, Java, C/C++, Database Creation and

Management
