IT Trainer

Position: IT Trainer
Location: Chitrakoot, UP
Experience: 1–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and practical training in basic IT and computer applications.
• Train candidates on MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet, and basic computer operations.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and assess candidates' learning and performance.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, training reports, and other documentation.
• Support candidates in developing job-oriented digital and computer skills.
• Ensure timely completion of the prescribed training curriculum.
• Coordinate with the Centre Manager and other trainers for smooth centre operations.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Required Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate/Diploma/BCA/MCA or relevant qualification in IT/Computer Science.
• 1–2 years of relevant training/teaching experience preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Experience in Skill Development/Training Projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:
A candidate who is technically sound, comfortable with classroom and practical training, and capable of handling candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
