Responsibilities

2. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and classes, either in person or through online platforms. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
3. Technical Skill Building: Instruct learners on a wide range of IT topics, including hardware and software installation, network configuration, programming languages, cybersecurity, database management, and other IT-related subjects.
4. Hands-on Demonstrations: Provide practical, hands-on demonstrations and exercises to help learners apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
5. Assessment and Evaluation: Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and tests to evaluate learner progress. Provide feedback and track individual performance.
6. Technical Support: Offer guidance and support to learners when they encounter technical challenges or require clarification on IT concepts.
7. Training Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and learner progress. Generate training reports and feedback summaries.
8. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and certifications. Incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
9. Customization: Tailor training programs to meet specific organizational or learner needs, ensuring that training aligns with business goals.
10. Soft Skills: Develop soft skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, in addition to technical skills when necessary.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, Certified IT Trainer) are a plus.
2. IT Experience: Substantial experience working in the IT field with a strong understanding of industry practices and technologies.
3. Teaching Experience: Previous experience in IT training, coaching, or education is preferred.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
