  • Craft compelling LinkedIn posts, articles, and messages to engage with the target audience.

• Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates for IT training through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous engagement and networking.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess their suitability for the training programs.

• Relationship Building:

  • Foster relationships with potential candidates by providing information about the training programs and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Attend industry events and webinars to network and promote IT training programs.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of LinkedIn marketing campaigns and recruitment efforts.
