IT Vendor Management

Requirement :

▪ Experience: Min. 3+ years experience in digital/IT vendor management, contract management, or technology procurement on large-scale programs

▪ Technical: Strong understanding of technology contract management, including commercial terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and third-party vendor management

▪ Domain (preferred): Knowledge of applicable regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements related to procurement processes andvendor engagements; ability to perform cost analysis and efficiency assessments, including Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and C, for third-party services and solutions

▪ Delivery: Strong risk analysis and assessment capabilities; strong negotiation and stakeholder management; structured documentation and reporting discipline

▪ Language: Bahasa Indonesia + English working proficiency.

Jobdesk :

▪ Coordinate with the Procurement team and other relevant stakeholders to manage the entire lifecycle of digital vendor engagements, including vendor selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and contraost Efficiency Analysisct termination,

▪ Ensure digital vendor service delivery is aligned with project requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and the quality and governance standards established by management,

▪ Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology service providers for all matters related to digital services,

▪ Manage end-to-end contract administration — drafting support, review, renewal, variation/change requests, and closure — in coordination with Procurement and Legal,

▪ Maintain the vendor and contract repository, including key dates, obligations, milestones, and deliverable acceptance records,

▪ Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs; run periodic performance reviews and drive remediation of service gaps,

▪ Track vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment milestones against contract value; monitor budget vs. actuals and flag commercial risks,

▪ Perform cost-benefit and cost efficiency analysis for third-party services and solutions to support sourcing decisions,

• ▪ Ensure vendor engagements comply with applicable regulations and internal procurement policies, and support audit and management reporting on vendor status, spend, and contract compliance.
