What they need
Key responsibilities
- Receive incoming laptops, desktops, servers, switches, cables and other IT equipment
- Check items for damage and verify quantities/serial numbers
- Pick, pack, label and prepare equipment for delivery
- Update inventory/Warehouse Management System (WMS) or asset records
- Conduct stock counts and investigate missing or incorrect stock
- Asset tagging and recording serial numbers
- Test or power on IT equipment and report faulty items
- Prepare/kitting hardware for deployment
- Load and unload goods and keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Handle IT equipment carefully, including proper ESD precautions
