What they need
- System and Network Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, network devices, and firewalls to ensure reliable operation and security of IT infrastructure. 2
- Technical Support: Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting employees with IT problems, and providing guidance on system usage. 2
- Software and Website Maintenance: Updating and maintaining company websites, e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and internal applications to ensure optimal performance and security. 1
- Data Management and Security: Monitoring data storage, performing backups, implementing disaster recovery solutions, and enforcing security protocols to protect sensitive information. 2
- Collaboration and Project Support: Working with other departments or external vendors to implement new IT solutions, system upgrades, or process improvements. 1
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per hour
