Italian Customer Support Representative - Lisbon

The Role As an Inbound Telesales Representative, you will handle incoming inquiries from customers, closing sales on various mobile, SMS, and high-speed internet subscriptions and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls and interact with customers to understand their new needs and requests.
• Answer questions about products and subscriptions, providing details and recommendations.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to present the best offers and close sales.
• Resolve issues, handle doubts, and address complaints with strong negotiation skills.

Compensation & Financial Package

• Total Gross Compensation: €1,240.66 per month (includes base salary, allowances, and company-provided apartment) OR €1,040.66 per month (if living independently without the company apartment).
• Base Salary: €760.00 (with apartment) up to €931.43 (without apartment).
• Bonuses: Holiday and Christmas bonuses split and paid out as monthly percentages on top of your base salary.
• Meal Allowance: €7.00 per day (approx. €154.00 per month) paid via a debit card for restaurants and supermarkets.
• Health Insurance: Provided from day one of your employment contract.

Relocation & Transfer Package (For Applicants Residing >100km Away)

• Accommodation: A fully furnished room in a company-rented apartment (including water, gas, electricity, cable TV, and wireless internet) provided for at least the first 14 months.

Working Hours & Conditions

• Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break), working on a rotational shift pattern.
• Days: Monday to Friday (07:00–19:00) and Saturday (08:00–17:00).
• Holidays: Portuguese public holidays apply (with a compensation day if worked under project consent) plus up to 20–22 days of paid annual vacation.

Training & Contract Details

• Training: Around 10 working days of paid, intensive training conducted in English covering software, products, and customer management.
• Contract Structure: Starts with a Selection Agreement for recruitment, followed by a 12-month renewable Employment Term Contract upon successful training completion.
