Italian-Speaking Telesales Executive

About the Role

Vibes Events is seeking two UAE based Italian-speaking Telesales Executives to support the launch of GITEX AI Mediterranean Italy, taking place on 21–22 April 2027. In this role, you will conduct high-volume outbound calls to Italian technology companies, introduce the event, and generate qualified sales opportunities for handover to the GITEX Italy commercial team. This is a campaign-based role, and the objective is lead qualification, not direct closing.

Location: DWTC, Dubai

Contract Duration: 1 Month (Possible further extension)

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (aligned to Italy time; Saturday & Sunday Off)

What You'll Do

Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification

• Conduct approximately 150–250 outbound calls per business day to Italian technology companies across sectors including AI, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, aerospace, quantum, and life sciences
• Introduce GITEX AI Mediterranean Italy to target companies and qualify their interest in exhibiting, sponsoring, speaking, or participating as a startup
• Reach decision-makers including CEOs, CTOs, Business Development Directors, and Country Managers, and assess their interest and readiness
• Target KPIs: 250 calls daily, 50 warm conversations daily, 50 qualified leads and 25 hot leads per week

CRM Management & Reporting

• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM/Excel tracking system, including disposition codes, meeting notes, and follow-up dates
• Submit daily performance reports covering calls made, conversations held, and qualified leads generated
• Contribute to weekly performance reports including dials, answer rates, qualified leads, conversion rates, objections, and recommendations

Lead Handover & Commercial Team Collaboration

• Hand over hot and warm qualified leads to the GITEX Italy commercial team within agreed timelines (hot leads within 48 hours)
• Attend product training, use the provided sales deck, call scripts, FAQ, and objection handling guidance supplied by the inD team
• Provide market feedback and objection insights to help the campaign team refine messaging and targeting

What We Are Looking For

• Native or fluent Italian speaker with strong professional communication skills; English proficiency is required
• Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation — ideally in the technology or events sector
• Comfortable making high call volumes and engaging C-level contacts confidently and professionally
• Experience with CRM systems or Excel-based tracking; ability to maintain accurate records and submit structured daily reports
• Knowledge of or genuine interest in the Italian technology landscape, including AI, cybersecurity, smart manufacturing, or life sciences sectors
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and maintain focus over a high-intensity campaign period

Additional Information

• Campaign duration is 8 weeks; initial contract is for 1 month with possible extension.
• Candidates must hold a valid UAE visa and Emirates ID; a Labour Card will be provided.
• Candidates must hold their own valid medical insurance, as this is required for the Labour Card application.
