The Role

As a Partner Relations Manager, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to drive growth, boost partner loyalty, and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Retention & Loyalty: Develop and execute strategies to maximize partner lifetime value and satisfaction.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, providing personalized support and gathering partner feedback to optimize their experience.
• Growth & Upselling: Analyze partner trends to identify upselling, customization, and platform enhancement opportunities.
• Strategic Communication: Keep partners informed about new product offerings and promotional campaigns while relaying feedback to internal Business Development teams.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in partner retention.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a Partner Relations, Account Management, or Business Development role is an advantage.
• Fluent Italian with excellent command of written and spoken English .
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Resourceful, target-driven, and capable of working autonomously under pressure.
• Valid work permit.
