Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot device issues involving power, audio, webcams, and performance.
• Determine when repairs or replacement parts are needed for devices under warranty.
• Manage multiple chats efficiently while delivering accurate solutions.
• Document and track customer interactions using CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics.

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent proficiency in Italian.
• B2-level English for training purposes.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
• Knowledge of ISP services, including sign-up, installation, connectivity, messaging, and online support.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Previous customer support or technical assistance experience is preferred but not required.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday.
• 10:00–19:00.
• Initial training and onboarding on-site in Athens.
• Potential hybrid work model with up to 70% remote work after the initial training period.
