Italian Technical Support Agent

Main responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, including password resets, access requests, and basic technical problems.
• Identify and escalate more complex incidents to the appropriate higher-level support teams.

Required skills:

• At least 6 months of customer service or helpdesk experience.
• Fluent Italian language skills and intermediate English proficiency.
• Minimum high school diploma
