Italy Territory Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ST & SO targets for regional chains, mass distributors (MD) and key operator franchisees within the territory, and be accountable for channel sales KPIs and retail market share.
• Maintain business relationships and provide day-to-day operational support for regional chains, MDs and key operator franchisees in the territory, to ensure full rollout and execution of company commercial policies locally.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in regional management; consumer electronics background preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Italy mobile phone market, familiar with the operation model of regional chains, MDs and operator channels, with proven track record in sales development and key account management.

Competencies

• Capable of regional overall planning, with sharp market insight to identify market trends accurately.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to engage channel headquarters, regional distributors and business partners.
• English as working language is preferred.
