About the role

We're searching for a forward-thinking IT & D Manager, Platform / Solution Architect to join Reckitt's IT & Digital team — a team acknowledged for keeping us interconnected in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Your role will encompass creating cutting-edge end-to-end solutions and strategising closely with business and IT stakeholders. Your responsibilities

• Own the Supply Data & Analytics domain end-to-end, from source systems to business insights.
• Define and drive the data and analytics roadmap across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics.
• Ensure reliable data flows from ERP and planning systems, including Kinaxis, into the enterprise Data Platform.
• Build and govern trusted data products, data models and reporting solutions supporting global Supply operations.
• Define and standardize Supply Chain KPIs, metrics and reporting frameworks across countries and functions.
• Deliver actionable dashboards and insights covering planning, inventory, manufacturing and logistics performance.
• Drive data quality, governance and continuous improvement across the Supply data landscape.
• Manage the analytics backlog, priorities and delivery plans to maximize business value.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics and AI to improve Supply Chain performance.

The experience we're looking for

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Supply Data, Business Intelligence, Data Products or a related field
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory or Logistics
• Experience working with ERP and planning systems in a complex business environment
• Experience managing data flows into Data Platforms, Data Warehouses or Lakehouse environments
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data environments
• Experience designing data models and delivering reports, dashboards and analytics solutions in Power BI or a similar BI platform
• Experience working with cross-functional and international stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable solutions
• Experience managing priorities, backlogs or analytics roadmaps and driving delivery outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail or other complex Supply Chain environments
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory or similar cloud technologies
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, lineage and data management principles
• Experience in ERP implementations, large-scale transformations, carve-outs or platform migrations
• Exposure to Agile product ownership, product management or service management practices
• Experience working with advanced analytics, forecasting or AI-driven solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview or similar data cataloguing and lineage tools
• Supply Chain, Data & Analytics or Agile certifications would be an advantage

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and the data generated across planning, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, transport and customer service.

• Ability to connect business outcomes with data architecture, integration, modelling and reporting decisions.

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge definitions, reconcile results and identify the root cause of data issues.

• Product ownership and delivery-management capability, including roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, dependency management and acceptance criteria.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, standardized and reusable data products.

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation across global and local Supply teams, process owners, IT&D teams and external partners.

• Commercial and pragmatic decision-making, balancing speed, resilience, user value and long-term maintainability.

• Clear ownership mindset and accountability for end-to-end service quality and business outcomes.

• Ability to work autonomously, create structure in an evolving environment and establish new standards from the ground up.

• Effective communication with both senior business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

• Continuous-improvement mindset with a focus on simplification, reuse and measurable adoption.
