ITCA Staff

The ITCA Staff plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, particularly in the areas of data privacy, information security, technology risk management, and business process controls.

The position is responsible for monitoring compliance requirements, coordinating regulatory submissions, conducting compliance and risk assessments, supporting internal and external audits, reviewing business processes, and assisting in the implementation and monitoring of controls designed to mitigate regulatory, operational, and cybersecurity risks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, IT, Business, or related courses.

• Knowledgeable in Business Process Review, Risk Assessment, and Controls Testing.

• Knowledge of policy development and communication.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
