Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT/EC Engineer with at least 3 years of expertise to lead our infrastructure operations. While this is a comprehensive role managing daily compute operations and onboarding, the successful candidate must possess a strong technical background in network security and switching to ensure the resilience of our enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Network & Security Management: Lead the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of FortiGate firewalls and HPE/Aruba switches to ensure continuous and secure operations.
· Infrastructure Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily compute machine operations and networking systems to maintain smooth functionality.
· Project Leadership: Assist in planning and executing high-impact infrastructure projects assigned by the Head of Department.
· User Lifecycle Management: Coordinate new hire onboarding, including specialized IT/EC setup and access provisioning.
· Operational Improvement: Analyze complex technical issues and propose strategic improvements to operational workflows.
· Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, technical documentation, and performance reports.

Qualifications
· Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering.
· Network Expertise: Deep technical proficiency in managing FortiGate firewalls and HPE/Aruba switching environments.
· Cloud & Identity: Proficiency in Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Intune.
· Core Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Added Advantages:
· Hands-on experience in compute machine maintenance or enterprise IT support.
· Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
· Strong detail orientation and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
