ITES HR / HR Executive (IT)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR to manage and strengthen the organizations human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of HR experience and be capable of independently handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the offer, negotiation, and joining process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Handle employee engagement and HR-related queries.
• Maintain employee records and HR reports.
• Assist in HR policies, performance management, and employee retention activities.
• Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR/IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT recruitment and technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR/recruitment tools.
