About the Company

Arts & Crafts Singapore Pte. Ltd. owns and operates a made-to-order bridal jewelry brand, ith, whose retail outlets spread over 3 countries in 11 cities. Since the brand’s foundation in 2014 in Tokyo, ith has steadily grown its presence in Japan, and started international expansion in 2022. What separate us from the rest of bridal jewelry brands is that we offer jewelry selection as a memorable experience, which is part of our clients’ entire marriage experience. Instead of simply picking out eye-catching pieces, and buying rings, our retail experience offer a sense of creating an ideal ring on your own with a help of professional concierge, and artisans. The Jewelry Concierge play a pivotal role in our client experience.

What You’ll do

As a Jewelry Concierge, your primary role is to guide our clients through wedding and engagement ring creation process. By providing technical and creative tips, the clients are able to learn about rings, acquire selection and creation criteria of their own, and engage in a co-creation process of the rings with their partner.

Your daily tasks include:

• Provide personalized、 experience-based consultation to  client、 supporting them in design and making engagement rings and wedding bands.
• Offer high-quality service that reflects the brand’s philosophy, creating memorable moments for every client.
• Manage daily boutique operations including client service, order placement with workshops in Japan, product inspection, inventory handling, and display maintenance.
• Participate in store opening preparation, including training, workflow set-up, and brand onboarding.
• Engage in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and service standards.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Support brand promotional events, wedding fairs, and marketing initiatives as required.

• Training provided, including onboarding sessions (some training may take place in Tokyo; flexibility is preferred).

• Good command of English ; Mandarin and Japanese ability is an advantage but not required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Japanese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Japanese-speaking clients.

• Candidates must be Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Employment Conditions

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: SGD 2,800 – 3,500/month (depending on experience)
• Commission based on individual sales
• Working Hours: 8 hour per day. 10:30–19:30
• Rest days: Two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
• Probation Period: 3 months
