What they need
Key Responsibilities,
1.Understand and follow IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards (Class 2 & Class 3 as applicable)
2.Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and basic harness assembly.
3.Assemble connectors, terminals, and cable sub-assemblies as per drawings and work instructions.
4.Ensure correct routing, bundling, lacing, sleeving, and heat-shrink application
5.Ability to read drawings, schematics, and BOM.
6.Willingness to learn IPC standards and quality practices.
7.Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components.
