Store Manager

• Sales & Targets: Sets store-wide sales goals, tracks KPIs, and implements strategies to drive revenue.

Retail Sales Associate / Executive

• Customer Assistance: Greets customers, identifies their tech needs, and recommends suitable electronic devices or appliances.
• Product Demonstration: Conducts live product demonstrations (e.g., smart TVs, audio systems, or laptops) to highlight features and benefits.

Customer Service / Support Specialist

• Issue Resolution: Handles customer complaints, exchanges, and warranty claims according to store policy.
• After-Sales Support: Assists buyers with post-purchase setups, troubleshooting, or routing devices to authorized repair centers.

Inventory / Stock Controller

• Stock Management: Tracks inventory levels, manages stock replenishment, and coordinates with supply chain and warehouse teams.

Visual Merchandiser / Floor Assistant

• Store Presentation: Designs and sets up appealing product displays, ensuring all items are clean, organized, and properly tagged.
