Job Summary

We are looking for an ITI Fitter to support machine assembly, fitting, drilling, tapping, alignment, and workshop activities. The candidate will work on the assembly line and support machine installation, trials, and commissioning under the guidance of Service Engineers / Senior Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform machine component fitting and mechanical assembly.
• Work on the assembly line as per drawings and instructions.
• Perform drilling, tapping, fitting, and alignment operations.
• Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and dimensions.
• Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
• Support machine installation, testing, trials, and commissioning.
• Assist Service Engineers during machine installation and customer-site activities.
• Maintain and handle tools, equipment, and measuring instruments properly.
• Follow quality, safety, and 5S procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workshop and work area.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting and machine assembly.
• Knowledge of drilling, tapping, alignment, and hand tools.
• Ability to understand basic mechanical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work under the guidance of Service Engineers / Senior Engineers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Freshers with relevant ITI Fitter training are also encouraged to apply.

Work Location

Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra

The role is primarily workshop/assembly-based, with occasional customer-site visits for machine installation, trials, and service support.
