Freshers with good practical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits, electrical systems, sensors, connectors, and power supplies. Hands-on knowledge of soldering, wiring, PCB assembly, cable harnessing, crimping, and electronic component handling. Basic understanding of electronic testing, fault finding, troubleshooting, and component replacement. Ability to use basic tools such as a digital multimeter, soldering iron/station, power supply, and other electronic testing tools. Good understanding of electrical/electronic safety and ESD practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workmanship. Good practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow technical instructions, drawings, wiring diagrams, checklists, and standard operating procedures. Willingness to work in workshop, production, customer-site, and project environments as required. Willingness to travel to customer/project locations for installation, service, and maintenance activities. Enthusiasm to learn and work with new electronics, IoT, automation, and hardware technologies. Assemble, install, test, and troubleshoot electronic devices, PCBs, sensors, modules, and hardware components. Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, connector assembly, cable harnessing, and PCB assembly as per technical requirements. Conduct functional testing of electronic circuits, modules, devices, and IoT-based products. Identify and diagnose faults in electronic and electrical systems using appropriate testing and measurement tools. Perform component replacement, repair, rework, and basic hardware troubleshooting. Support installation, commissioning, testing, and deployment of electronic and IoT-based equipment at customer/project locations. Assist engineers during site installation, equipment testing, troubleshooting, and system integration. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic equipment, devices, and deployed systems. Use tools such as multimeter, soldering station, power supply, and oscilloscope for testing and troubleshooting, as applicable. Check wiring, connectors, power supply, signals, and component-level issues during troubleshooting. Follow quality, ESD, safety, and workmanship standards during assembly, testing, repair, and installation activities. Maintain records of assembly, testing, repairs, maintenance, installation, and service activities. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Hardware, Software, and Project teams to resolve technical issues. Assist in identifying recurring hardware issues and provide feedback to engineering teams for product improvement. Support continuous improvement activities related to product quality, reliability, testing, and installation processes. Travel to customer/project locations when required for installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and troubleshoot electronic devices, PCBs, sensors, modules, and hardware components.
