ITI Technician

V7 Defence Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for ITI-qualified candidates to join our Engineering/Projects team in Hyderabad. The role involves hands-on support in equipment assembly, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and project/site activities.

Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and candidates with relevant industrial experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly, installation and commissioning of industrial equipment and machinery.
• Perform basic mechanical fitting, fabrication, maintenance or electrical work as per the assigned trade.
• Assist engineers and senior technicians during project and site activities.
• Use hand tools, power tools and basic measuring instruments safely.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings, layouts and instructions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical/electrical issues.
• Support preventive maintenance and routine inspection activities.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow workplace safety procedures.
• Follow instructions from engineers, supervisors and project personnel.
• Maintain discipline and work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• ITI qualification in Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Machinist, Turner or a relevant trade.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment and industrial work practices.
• Good hands-on and practical skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a project/site environment.
• Willingness to travel or work at project locations as required.
• Good teamwork, discipline and safety awareness.
