该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：

• Operate and support HLC Control Software, which is the core function in Vanderlande system. 执行并支持范德兰德系统核心应用软件（分拣控制系统）的运行与维护工作
• Maintain and improve hardware, software, servers, databases and controls on site. 负责现场硬件、软件、服务器、数据库及控制系统的维护与优化
• Execute maintenance of Vanderlande system-related hardware, software, cluster servers, databases, network, and communication systems as scoped in service contract. 根据服务合同范围，执行与范德兰德系统相关的硬件、软件、集群服务器、数据库、网络及通信系统维护
• Optimize response time for control issues and guide PLC & electrical engineers to resolve problems based on overall system status. 优化故障响应时效，基于系统整体状态指导PLC及电气工程师处理IT控制与高层应用问题
• Optimize control alignment and ensure all configurations are properly documented. 通过优化控制逻辑及参数提升系统性能，并规范完成所有配置文档
• Solve unique but definite technical problems. 解决新出现的明确技术问题
• Provide professional arguments to support decision-making and convince stakeholders when required by clients. 在客户需要时，向相关人员提供专业且具有说服力的技术论证
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for system software. 执行高层控制系统的预防性与纠正性维护 任职要求：
• Bachelor degree or above in computer, network, or information technology. 计算机、网络或信息技术相关专业本科及以上学历
• Cloud platform (IaaS/PaaS) knowledge required; experience with OpenStack or KVM preferred. 具备云平台技术知识（IaaS/PaaS），熟悉OpenStack或KVM产品者优先
• Professional cross-functional coordination and communication management skills. 具备跨部门技术协调及项目沟通管理能力
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure. 能够在高压环境下高效完成工作任务
• Respond to and follow up with China Service Center and Global Service Desk for on-site troubleshooting and solution implementation on HLC & IT issues. 响应中国区服务中心与全球服务台指令，完成高层控制及IT相关问题的现场排障与解决方案实施
• Flexibility to work shifts and adjust schedule according to onsite operational requirements. 根据现场运营需求执行轮班制度，可灵活调整工作安排
• Complete other tasks assigned by line manager. 完成上级经理交办的其他工作任务
