IT外企自动化测试lead

该职位来源于猎聘 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide total solution for system automation test design and development and perform testing through consistent application of principles of testing
• Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool
• Implement the automation testing for a particular system according the business requirements
• Support SIT/UAT as user request
• Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality
• Collaborate with IT and business users
• Coaching junior Automation Test Engineer or Automation Test Specialist
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. Minimum Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines
• 9+ years automation test related working experience. Has rich experience of automation tools, such as Selenium, QTP, Appium, jMeter, etc.
• 2+ years working experience of CI/CD (such as Jenkins pipeline) experience.
• Ability to design and set up the automation testing framework with various tools
• Good understanding of testing process and methodology
• Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Good understanding of insurance business
• Fluent English Reading, Writing and Speaking
• 2+ years leadership experience on team management and project management.
