IT/OT & Infrastructure Project Manager

Ready to bridge the gap between IT infrastructure and industrial operations?

We’re looking for an IT/OT & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead technology projects across manufacturing facilities for a leading nationwide organization.

This role combines hands-on technical understanding of IT and OT environments with project leadership, infrastructure planning, cybersecurity, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Lead IT/OT infrastructure projects across the company’s manufacturing facilities.
• Identify and address infrastructure and cybersecurity gaps in production environments.
• Support the implementation of new equipment and production lines.
• Plan infrastructure and integrate industrial equipment into OT networks.
• Work closely with maintenance managers, technical managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international suppliers, leading technical discussions in English and driving alignment across teams.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience working with PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, including networking, cybersecurity, systems administration, and operating systems.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or on a production floor within a large organization.
• Experience planning infrastructure and integrating equipment into OT networks.
• Fluent English – mandatory.

Advantages

• Familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Unitronics.
• Experience with System Platform and Cimplicity.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and BACnet.

🏠 Work Model: Hybrid, including travel to company manufacturing facilities.
