Role: IT/OT Application Support & Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Application Support & Integration Lead to support, configure, and manage industrial applications and alarm management systems within manufacturing and operational environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IT/OT integration , industrial systems, cloud technologies, and project delivery, with a strong understanding of operational technologies such as SCADA, MES, Asset Reliability, and Process Engineering systems .

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience supporting Alarm Management Systems .
• Experience with PCN Alarm Management solutions preferred.
• Knowledge of PAS PSI systems is highly desirable.
• Experience with:
• Application configuration and administration
• SQL Databases and database connectivity
• Network connectivity and firewall configuration
• Reporting and dashboard setup/configuration
• Strong understanding of IT/OT Integration concepts and architectures.
• Experience with:
• SCADA Systems
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Operations Technology environments
• Asset Reliability solutions
• Process Engineering applications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure , Cloud Computing, Mobility, IoT, and Big Data platforms.
• Experience delivering end-to-end technology projects and transformation initiatives.
