IT/OT Integration Engineer

Role Description The IT/OT Integration Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between industrial operational technologies (OT) and information systems (IT) within the Industry360˚ platform. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and integrating MES, IIoT, and related systems, developing and testing integration components, and troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues across factory environments. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data flows, and ensure secure and reliable communication between shop-floor equipment and enterprise applications. The role also includes creating technical documentation, supporting deployments at customer sites, and contributing to continuous improvement of integration standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Troubleshooting complex IT/OT integration issues.
• Experience in Software Development related to industrial systems and integration components.
• Hands-on Integration experience with MES, IIoT platforms, industrial protocols, and enterprise systems.
• Background in Systems Engineering, including designing and implementing end-to-end IT/OT architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, OPC-UA, fieldbus protocols, and industrial networking is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and data integration tools used in industrial environments.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia, and occasionally visit customer factory locations.
