IT/Purchasing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated IT/Purchasing Assistant to join our team at Excel Coil Coating Corp. in Makati City, Metro Manila. You will play a vital role in delivering our organization's procurement and IT support services.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Research and source new suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and address procurement-related challenges
• Maintain and update the company's purchasing database and documentation
• Follow a procurement plan to ensure an efficient supply chain management schedule
• Provide technical support for Information Technology-related troubleshooting including system, hardware and networking issues

What we're looking for

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with purchasing and inventory management policies and practices
• Substantial experience as a Purchasing or Procurement Assistant working within an Admin or IT role preferably within the manufacturing, trade, logistics industry or any supplier-client relationship model
• Graduates of Information Technology courses are preferred
