ITSM Security Account Manager

Are you passionate about cybersecurity , cloud technologies , and building trusted relationships with enterprise customers ?

We are looking for an experienced ITSM Security Account Manager to serve as a strategic security advisor for key customer accounts across Europe.

In this customer-facing role, you will act as the primary security point of contact, helping clients strengthen their security posture, navigate compliance requirements, and align security initiatives with business objectives. You will collaborate with customer security leadership, including CISO organizations, while partnering internally with security specialists and engineering teams to address complex security challenges.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer security, risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
• Lead regular security governance meetings, security posture reviews, and risk discussions.
• Support customers with security assessments, audit activities, questionnaires, and compliance requirements.
• Advise on cloud security best practices across AWS, Azure, OCI, and hybrid environments.
• Provide guidance on IAM, SSO, MFA, encryption, key management, monitoring, vulnerability management, and Zero Trust principles.
• Translate technical cloud architectures into business-relevant security recommendations and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex security topics and escalations.

What we're looking for

• Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud security, security consulting, or enterprise risk and compliance.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI, or similar.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including CISO-level leadership.
• Knowledge of security governance, audits, risk management, and security assurance processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, or ISO 27001 are highly valued.
