Key responsibilities

• Configure and support ITSM core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment
• Manage CSDM, CMDB governance, workflow automation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration
• Develop solutions using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal development
• Work with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub
• Design scalable solutions and work effectively with cross-functional teams

About you

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, configuration, and development
• Deep understanding of ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 best practices
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB structure, and data modeling concepts
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal development
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications (mandatory)
