• Project and development experience with Java, .Net or other language at least 8 years.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the technology industry.
• Be able to complete POC and ENV setup independently.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and document technical architectures that align with business objectives and technical standards
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for technology initiatives, including migration strategies.
• Lead technical design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have knowledge in software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have a deep understanding of modern architecture principles, cloud platforms, and software development methodologies. Optional
• Experience with enterprise-level systems integration.
• Certifications in cloud architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with data management and analytics solutions. Data project experience is a plus.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Able to work as a tech lead to lead a team to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Job Responsibility:
